BISTRO BUDDY - Community Moderator Admin Conduct Confidentiality Agreement
Parties. This agreement is between the signer and PageRank Kings LLC d/b/a BISTRO BUDDY, including its applicable websites, apps, brands, owners, managers, contractors, event partners, successors and assigns.
Purpose. Use before granting moderation, administrator, support or trust-and-safety responsibilities in BISTRO BUDDY communities. The signer confirms that the information submitted is truthful, current and provided by a person with authority to sign.
Limited authority. Moderators and administrators may take only actions within their assigned permissions and may not make contracts, financial commitments, public legal statements or policy changes for BISTRO BUDDY.
Fairness and documentation. The signer must apply rules consistently, preserve relevant context, document material actions and use escalation rather than personal retaliation or improvisation.
Confidentiality. Reports, identities, internal discussions, evidence, moderation tools, user data and enforcement methods are confidential unless disclosure is authorized or legally required.
Safety escalation. Credible threats, exploitation, stalking, fraud, self-harm concerns, illegal activity or imminent danger must be escalated through approved channels and, when appropriate, to emergency or law-enforcement authorities.
Account security. Moderator credentials and permissions must not be shared. Access must be used only through approved devices and systems and must end when the assignment ends.
No guarantee of continued role. The role is revocable and does not create employment, compensation or ongoing authority unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
Confidentiality. Non-public business, technical, financial, customer, vendor, sponsor, event, account and operational information received through this relationship must be protected and used only for the approved purpose. These duties continue after access or participation ends where the information remains confidential.
Electronic consent and signature. By checking the required acknowledgments, typing a legal name, selecting a signature date and drawing a digital signature, the signer intends to sign electronically and agrees that the electronic record may be stored, reproduced and relied upon for business and legal records.
Term, termination and survival. BISTRO BUDDY may suspend or terminate permission, access or participation when reasonably necessary. Provisions concerning confidentiality, ownership, licenses, payments, records, security, dispute handling and obligations intended to continue will survive as applicable.
Governing law; severability. Unless controlling law requires otherwise or a separate signed agreement states differently, Connecticut law governs. If a provision is limited or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue and the affected provision should be enforced to the maximum lawful extent.
Complete record. This form should be read with any applicable proposal, invoice, policy, event rule, platform term or separate signed agreement. A separate signed agreement controls where it directly conflicts with this form.
