BISTRO BUDDY - Account Access Credential Responsibility Agreement
Parties. This agreement is between the signer and PageRank Kings LLC d/b/a BISTRO BUDDY, including its applicable websites, apps, brands, owners, managers, contractors, event partners, successors and assigns.
Purpose. Use before granting access to BISTRO BUDDY accounts, websites, apps, dashboards, shared files, devices, credentials or administrative tools. The signer confirms that the information submitted is truthful, current and provided by a person with authority to sign.
Authorization and limited access. BISTRO BUDDY may grant the signer limited, revocable access solely for the approved business purpose. Access does not transfer ownership, create an employment relationship or authorize the signer to bind BISTRO BUDDY.
Credential security. The signer must protect passwords, passkeys, recovery codes, API keys, device sessions and authentication factors; use unique credentials where required; and avoid storing them in insecure locations.
Permitted use. The signer may access only approved systems, records and functions and must follow written instructions, least-privilege restrictions, privacy requirements and applicable security procedures.
Prohibited conduct. The signer must not share credentials, scrape or export data without approval, create backdoor accounts, disable logging, alter permissions, install unapproved software, impersonate another user or use access for personal or competing purposes.
Incident response and return of access. The signer must promptly report loss, compromise, suspicious activity or mistaken disclosure and cooperate with containment. On request or termination, the signer must stop access and return or delete credentials, copies and confidential materials.
Confidentiality and records. Non-public business, customer, vendor, user, financial, technical and operational information accessed through BISTRO BUDDY systems must be protected and used only for the authorized purpose.
Confidentiality. Non-public business, technical, financial, customer, vendor, sponsor, event, account and operational information received through this relationship must be protected and used only for the approved purpose. These duties continue after access or participation ends where the information remains confidential.
Electronic consent and signature. By checking the required acknowledgments, typing a legal name, selecting a signature date and drawing a digital signature, the signer intends to sign electronically and agrees that the electronic record may be stored, reproduced and relied upon for business and legal records.
Term, termination and survival. BISTRO BUDDY may suspend or terminate permission, access or participation when reasonably necessary. Provisions concerning confidentiality, ownership, licenses, payments, records, security, dispute handling and obligations intended to continue will survive as applicable.
Governing law; severability. Unless controlling law requires otherwise or a separate signed agreement states differently, Connecticut law governs. If a provision is limited or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue and the affected provision should be enforced to the maximum lawful extent.
Complete record. This form should be read with any applicable proposal, invoice, policy, event rule, platform term or separate signed agreement. A separate signed agreement controls where it directly conflicts with this form.
