BISTRO BUDDY - Vendor Insurance Hold Harmless Acknowledgment
Parties. This agreement is between the person signing this form and PageRank Kings LLC d/b/a BISTRO BUDDY, including its owners, managers, contractors, event partners, platforms, websites, apps, brands, sponsors, successors, and assigns where applicable.
Purpose. Use when vendors need to confirm insurance, permits, licenses, and hold-harmless duties. The signer confirms that the information submitted is truthful, current, and submitted voluntarily by a person with authority to sign.
Safety, conduct, and event rules. The signer agrees to follow event, venue, security, alcohol, food safety, traffic, set-up, weather, emergency, anti-harassment, anti-discrimination, credential, backstage, and public safety instructions. The signer must not represent authority to bind BISTRO BUDDY, handle money, move equipment, drive, serve alcohol, access restricted areas, or give official statements unless specifically authorized.
Indemnification and responsibility. To the fullest extent allowed by law, the signer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BISTRO BUDDY from losses, claims, damages, fines, chargebacks, disputes, injuries, data incidents, rights claims, permit issues, tax issues, insurance gaps, misconduct, unsafe acts, or third-party claims caused by the signer’s breach, negligence, unauthorized acts, submitted content, business operations, or failure to obtain needed permissions.
Specific form terms. This form applies to the situation selected above and any related preparation, communications, event participation, content, access, records, promotion, and follow-up connected to BISTRO BUDDY.
Electronic consent and signature. By checking the required boxes, typing a legal name, selecting a signature date, and drawing a digital signature, the signer intends to sign electronically and agrees that the electronic record may be stored and reproduced for business and legal records.
Governing law; severability. Unless a controlling law requires otherwise, this form is governed by Connecticut law. If any section is limited or unenforceable, the remaining sections continue to apply, and the limited section should be enforced to the maximum lawful extent.
