BISTRO BUDDY - Account Deletion Data Export Authorization
Parties. This agreement is between the signer and PageRank Kings LLC d/b/a BISTRO BUDDY, including its applicable websites, apps, brands, owners, managers, contractors, event partners, successors and assigns.
Purpose. Use to verify and document requests for account access, export, correction, deactivation or deletion. The signer confirms that the information submitted is truthful, current and provided by a person with authority to sign.
Verification. BISTRO BUDDY may request information reasonably necessary to confirm identity, account control and authority before disclosing, changing, exporting or deleting data.
Scope. The request applies only to the identified account and action. Business listings, event records, transaction records and content involving other parties may require separate handling.
Retention exceptions. Certain records may be retained where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, transaction history, tax, legal compliance, disputes, backups or protection of rights.
Export limitations. Exports may use available machine-readable or human-readable formats and may exclude data that would reveal another person’s protected information, security controls or privileged material.
Irreversibility. Deletion or deactivation may be difficult or impossible to reverse and may remove access, history, relationships, media, messages, saved items and platform privileges.
Communication. BISTRO BUDDY may contact the requester for verification, clarification, status updates and completion confirmation.
Confidentiality. Non-public business, technical, financial, customer, vendor, sponsor, event, account and operational information received through this relationship must be protected and used only for the approved purpose. These duties continue after access or participation ends where the information remains confidential.
Electronic consent and signature. By checking the required acknowledgments, typing a legal name, selecting a signature date and drawing a digital signature, the signer intends to sign electronically and agrees that the electronic record may be stored, reproduced and relied upon for business and legal records.
Term, termination and survival. BISTRO BUDDY may suspend or terminate permission, access or participation when reasonably necessary. Provisions concerning confidentiality, ownership, licenses, payments, records, security, dispute handling and obligations intended to continue will survive as applicable.
Governing law; severability. Unless controlling law requires otherwise or a separate signed agreement states differently, Connecticut law governs. If a provision is limited or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue and the affected provision should be enforced to the maximum lawful extent.
Complete record. This form should be read with any applicable proposal, invoice, policy, event rule, platform term or separate signed agreement. A separate signed agreement controls where it directly conflicts with this form.
