BISTRO BUDDY - Event Livestream Drone Recording Consent
Parties. This agreement is between the signer and PageRank Kings LLC d/b/a BISTRO BUDDY, including its applicable websites, apps, brands, owners, managers, contractors, event partners, successors and assigns.
Purpose. Use when an event organizer, venue or authorized participant permits livestreaming, drone operations or expanded photo, video and audio capture. The signer confirms that the information submitted is truthful, current and provided by a person with authority to sign.
Venue and event authority. The signer represents authority to approve the selected recording activities for the identified venue or event, subject to landlord, municipal, performer, union, ticketing and other controlling rights.
Operational compliance. All operators must follow applicable aviation, airspace, equipment, safety, security and venue requirements. Consent from BISTRO BUDDY or a venue does not authorize an operation prohibited by law.
Privacy and restricted areas. Production must avoid private spaces, confidential materials, medical or payment information and areas designated as restricted. Individual releases may still be required.
Content rights. Subject to separate performer, music and third-party rights, the signer authorizes BISTRO BUDDY to record, edit, publish, stream, promote and archive the approved event footage.
Safety and interruption. Event, venue, security or public-safety personnel may pause or stop recording or drone operations. Operators must promptly comply.
No guarantee. Weather, airspace, signal, equipment, platform or safety conditions may prevent or interrupt recording without creating a guarantee of complete coverage.
Confidentiality. Non-public business, technical, financial, customer, vendor, sponsor, event, account and operational information received through this relationship must be protected and used only for the approved purpose. These duties continue after access or participation ends where the information remains confidential.
Electronic consent and signature. By checking the required acknowledgments, typing a legal name, selecting a signature date and drawing a digital signature, the signer intends to sign electronically and agrees that the electronic record may be stored, reproduced and relied upon for business and legal records.
Term, termination and survival. BISTRO BUDDY may suspend or terminate permission, access or participation when reasonably necessary. Provisions concerning confidentiality, ownership, licenses, payments, records, security, dispute handling and obligations intended to continue will survive as applicable.
Governing law; severability. Unless controlling law requires otherwise or a separate signed agreement states differently, Connecticut law governs. If a provision is limited or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue and the affected provision should be enforced to the maximum lawful extent.
Complete record. This form should be read with any applicable proposal, invoice, policy, event rule, platform term or separate signed agreement. A separate signed agreement controls where it directly conflicts with this form.
