BISTRO BUDDY - Social Media Account Access Authorization
Parties. This agreement is between the signer and PageRank Kings LLC d/b/a BISTRO BUDDY, including its applicable websites, apps, brands, owners, managers, contractors, event partners, successors and assigns.
Purpose. Use when a business, artist, vendor, partner or client authorizes BISTRO BUDDY or an approved worker to access social media accounts. The signer confirms that the information submitted is truthful, current and provided by a person with authority to sign.
Authorization. The account owner authorizes only the selected platforms and activities for the stated purpose and term. Ownership remains with the account owner.
Security. Access must use platform roles, business managers or delegated permissions where reasonably available. Password sharing should be avoided, and multi-factor authentication should remain enabled.
Content approval. BISTRO BUDDY may publish or manage only content and campaigns within the approved scope. Material claims, offers, spending, contests, regulated promotions and account ownership changes require appropriate authorization.
Platform compliance. All activity remains subject to the platform’s terms, advertising policies, intellectual-property rules and technical restrictions.
Revocation and handoff. The account owner may revoke authorization, subject to reasonable steps needed to pause campaigns, preserve records and transfer active work. Credentials and sessions must be removed at the end of access.
Liability and outages. BISTRO BUDDY does not control platform outages, suspensions, algorithm changes or third-party enforcement decisions and cannot guarantee account reach or availability.
Confidentiality. Non-public business, technical, financial, customer, vendor, sponsor, event, account and operational information received through this relationship must be protected and used only for the approved purpose. These duties continue after access or participation ends where the information remains confidential.
Electronic consent and signature. By checking the required acknowledgments, typing a legal name, selecting a signature date and drawing a digital signature, the signer intends to sign electronically and agrees that the electronic record may be stored, reproduced and relied upon for business and legal records.
Term, termination and survival. BISTRO BUDDY may suspend or terminate permission, access or participation when reasonably necessary. Provisions concerning confidentiality, ownership, licenses, payments, records, security, dispute handling and obligations intended to continue will survive as applicable.
Governing law; severability. Unless controlling law requires otherwise or a separate signed agreement states differently, Connecticut law governs. If a provision is limited or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue and the affected provision should be enforced to the maximum lawful extent.
Complete record. This form should be read with any applicable proposal, invoice, policy, event rule, platform term or separate signed agreement. A separate signed agreement controls where it directly conflicts with this form.
