BISTRO BUDDY - Event Cancellation Rescheduling Force Majeure Acknowledgment
Parties. This agreement is between the signer and PageRank Kings LLC d/b/a BISTRO BUDDY, including its applicable websites, apps, brands, owners, managers, contractors, event partners, successors and assigns.
Purpose. Use with vendors, participants, sponsors, performers, volunteers or customers when event timing may change because of weather, safety or outside conditions. The signer confirms that the information submitted is truthful, current and provided by a person with authority to sign.
Contingencies. Events may be delayed, modified, relocated, postponed or canceled because of weather, emergency orders, venue issues, public safety, utility failures, labor disruptions, transportation problems, illness, platform outages or other conditions beyond reasonable control.
Notice. BISTRO BUDDY will use reasonable available channels to communicate significant changes, but participants remain responsible for monitoring official event communications and maintaining accurate contact information.
Rescheduling and alternatives. A replacement date, alternative location, adjusted hours, modified deliverable or event credit may be offered when reasonable. Participation on a replacement date may require confirmation.
Costs and losses. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, each participant remains responsible for its own travel, labor, inventory, lodging, preparation and incidental expenses.
Refunds and credits. Refund or credit rights are not created by this form and depend on the applicable ticket, vendor, sponsor, invoice or event agreement.
Safety priority. Decisions made in good faith for safety, legal compliance or emergency response take priority over production, sales or promotional expectations.
Confidentiality. Non-public business, technical, financial, customer, vendor, sponsor, event, account and operational information received through this relationship must be protected and used only for the approved purpose. These duties continue after access or participation ends where the information remains confidential.
Electronic consent and signature. By checking the required acknowledgments, typing a legal name, selecting a signature date and drawing a digital signature, the signer intends to sign electronically and agrees that the electronic record may be stored, reproduced and relied upon for business and legal records.
Term, termination and survival. BISTRO BUDDY may suspend or terminate permission, access or participation when reasonably necessary. Provisions concerning confidentiality, ownership, licenses, payments, records, security, dispute handling and obligations intended to continue will survive as applicable.
Governing law; severability. Unless controlling law requires otherwise or a separate signed agreement states differently, Connecticut law governs. If a provision is limited or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue and the affected provision should be enforced to the maximum lawful extent.
Complete record. This form should be read with any applicable proposal, invoice, policy, event rule, platform term or separate signed agreement. A separate signed agreement controls where it directly conflicts with this form.
