BISTRO BUDDY - Location Cleanup Property Damage Responsibility Agreement
Parties. This agreement is between the signer and PageRank Kings LLC d/b/a BISTRO BUDDY, including its applicable websites, apps, brands, owners, managers, contractors, event partners, successors and assigns.
Purpose. Use for vendors, crews, exhibitors, contractors or participants who set up equipment, occupy space or perform work at a venue or event location. The signer confirms that the information submitted is truthful, current and provided by a person with authority to sign.
Assigned area. The participant may use only the approved space, access route, utilities and times and may not block emergency routes, exits, traffic lanes or neighboring operations.
Protection and compliance. The participant must use appropriate mats, covers, weights, cable protection, fire-safety equipment and other reasonable measures required by the venue or activity.
Cleanup. All property, waste, packaging, food residue, grease, temporary fixtures and equipment must be removed or disposed of through approved methods by the stated deadline.
Damage reporting. Damage, spills, utility problems, injury and unsafe conditions must be reported promptly. Concealing or delaying a report may increase costs and risk.
Responsibility. Subject to applicable law and separate insurance or venue terms, the participant is responsible for documented damage or extraordinary cleanup caused by its negligent, reckless or unauthorized conduct.
No permanent changes. Drilling, painting, fastening, utility modification, ground penetration or other permanent alteration requires express written approval.
Confidentiality. Non-public business, technical, financial, customer, vendor, sponsor, event, account and operational information received through this relationship must be protected and used only for the approved purpose. These duties continue after access or participation ends where the information remains confidential.
Electronic consent and signature. By checking the required acknowledgments, typing a legal name, selecting a signature date and drawing a digital signature, the signer intends to sign electronically and agrees that the electronic record may be stored, reproduced and relied upon for business and legal records.
Term, termination and survival. BISTRO BUDDY may suspend or terminate permission, access or participation when reasonably necessary. Provisions concerning confidentiality, ownership, licenses, payments, records, security, dispute handling and obligations intended to continue will survive as applicable.
Governing law; severability. Unless controlling law requires otherwise or a separate signed agreement states differently, Connecticut law governs. If a provision is limited or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue and the affected provision should be enforced to the maximum lawful extent.
Complete record. This form should be read with any applicable proposal, invoice, policy, event rule, platform term or separate signed agreement. A separate signed agreement controls where it directly conflicts with this form.
