This Agreement is governed by and will be enforced in accord with the laws of the State of Connecticut and the federal laws of the United States of America.
Any action brought against PageRank Kings LLC DBA BISTRO BUDDY arising out of or relating to this Agreement must be brought in the courts of the State of Connecticut and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts
